"I have been taking my car here for servicing since 2019. I had an issue with Hyundai batch which was starting to crack and was meant to be replaced under warranty in Aug 2022. I was told they will have to change the whole front grill as the batch is part of it! After 6 months of endless calls and following up, they kept passing the buck. I was often told they will get back to me with an update but I never heard back from them. Finally I spoke with the manager to find out that they have made an error with the process and they will have to resubmit the claim and wait for the part to arrive! The part arrived in June 2023. Booked in for Aug to put it on to find out it was ever the batch that had to be replaced and not the whole grill. It took them 12 months for all this! They don’t know there own products! Not to mention they broke one of the keys when changing batteries and said it was always like that! No accountability, unprofessional, unreliable and definitely no empathy for others! High turn over of staff in the servicing. They all look unhappy and miserable. Terrible customer service. Will not be returning!"
