"If your car is getting repaired after an accident I would definitely not take it to Motor Serve. My car has left in worst shape than it was before the accident occurred. Their service is very poor and they don’t do a proper job especially on new cars. I have had to follow up on everything myself and take my car to another place to fix their terrible job."
"Don’t trust this company. Wasting my times 3 times. Long story . I have my 2022 Outlander repair with them. After wasting the times for 3 times the assessor told me they will replace the part which they should done at the first place (scratch on the plastic part) I asked him to call Mitsubishi first if they have stock, then said they should have them . I know there is no stock in Australia so have to wait several months to get the part. Anyway I left the car for the third time again. Next day my car was ready to pick up. Instead of replacing, they had just rubbing off so that the scratches will come off. I only knew that when I got home so I email them again , had to bring my car back for forth time to meet with who repaired it. then I met with a different repairer told him what happened. Then he said they do not replace unless it is damaged. The assessor should have told me honestly at the first place. I feel like I been tricked just because I’m a female and do not speak English well. Very disappointed ."
