Ben came all the way from the North Coast and showed up at my Brisbane home extra early in the morning so he had enough time to finish the job properly. "The whole process took almost two months. I lodged my repair request on the 01/7 and the technician came 28/7. There was some difficulty with locating my membership number due to some misunderstanding, however, Anthony was very professional and went above and beyond to help us secure our repair appointment. After that issue was rectified, the lovely booking team promptly organised the soonest repair date. It was a long wait time, over a month. The original scheduled repair date was 21/7, but the technician, Ali, cancelled the appointment the day before with no call notification, only by text. I didn't receive it until the day of the appointment but thankfully the booking team were nice to reschedule the repair on the fellowing week. The technician, Rabih, was very friendly. He was very professional and accommodating. I had a busy afternoon schedule and he finished the repair at a very reasonable time - less than an hour. The final result was also excellent, it looked brand new. Overall, super happy with the superb service."
