I dealt with Teddy and found him to be very professional, yet relaxed. He was very knowledgeable with my car (a Subaru), and realistic on what I could expect from the service. Pricing was very good, helped along by good quality no-nonsense parts (no overpriced/over-hyped brand names), and I was shown all the parts replaced from the car after the service was complete. We had a minor billing issue that I noticed after I got home, and when I notified Teddy, he had it rectified within minutes of the call and was incredibly apologetic.
