"Not good! After 14 years of a regular shop, I had to shop around quickly. Seal reviews and specifically listed as a Jag specialist, took me to the shop. Small shop, which I prefer, but my Jaguar XF was mis diagnosed: stated it needed a rear seal and the owner would not to the work. I got a $1200, job in labor done..... to find out the problem was a top feeder hose. Also a BMW went in with a blown radiator hose (Seal had previously repaired another hose and a power window in that car). Work done, car picked up and still leaking when the car was picked up and driven home by my son. The next day, I put 2 litres of water in the tank and could see fluid dripping, immediately. The car went back in and was repaired without any additional charge. I was definitely spoiled having 2 mechanics that personally worked on my Jags for 14 years. Unfortunately, I will have to keep looking for a new shop."
