"Food was ok and well priced. Some staff needed training and didn't know POS. When food was delivered, the server didn't know what was in the packet as we were group had to open wrapping to see who it belonged to. Drinks were forgotten, and we had to go to the counter to ask for them. Margaritas were ordered but had to be refunded as the unit wasn't freezing. All this could be fixed with more staff training."

"We ordered 2 different meals and got them 15-20minutes apart. Went up and asked where the missing order was and no one knew. Kitchen staff not communicating with front when asked about the order. Lady I asked then ignored me and served other customers. Sat back down assuming that kitchen were aware and would make it. They did not. Went up with a friend again and they informed us they would make it and it would take less than a minute. If so, why did it take 20+ minutes for me to get my order. Worst restaurant experience I have had even worse service."

"Went in last night and made an order for 2 meals. They sent one out but missed the other one. Waited another 5 minutes and asked where it was. Manager said they would look into it. She walked straight into the office, come back and said I was a liar because she could see that an order was delivered to our table. I said yes but the second meal should be in a box, which we didnt receive. She then went and checked the bin for the empty box. It took another 35 minutes for us to get the order that I'd paid for and didn't receive, all the while getting death stares from the staff, because they thought I was a liar. Worst experience at so called restaurant ever in my life!!!"

"Went here and received very unpleasant customer service. Asked for what the puff of the cinnamon roll desert was made of as I’m allergic to certain ingredients. How do you work there and not know what you’re serving? I’ve never received such a passive aggressive attitude in my life when I was being nice as well so I don’t know where or how that could have happened. I can only think that possibly it was to do with myself being asian. Incredibly racist and unpleasant to deal with, never coming back here ever again and I suggest anyone of a colour background should be careful of the workers and the fat manager there too!"

"Always great food and quick service. My only complaint is I don't think with my many many visits I have ever had hot fresh chips. They are ALWAYS cold. To be honest most of the time I don't even eat them. I imagine if u get them hot and fresh they would be nice"
