"I recently took my car for Roadworthy testing. Got an appointment on phone easily, dropped the car on given time and got it back before the given time with a roadworthy certificate. I would highly recommend this place for anything related to your car."

"Brought the car in for a service due to an intermittent misfire. Told the guys that spark plugs had been changed recently both on the phone and when i dropped it off. Get a call in the afternoon to be told that cars ready to be picked up and that new spark plugs were put in. Didn’t get a call before any work was done to ask if I wanted to proceed with the work. Unsure of the name of the owner that I was dealing with but when I questioned why this was done as the spark plugs were already changed I was told that there was a misfire on cylinder 4 and this was done as the spark plugs that were in there could have been faulty. I assume that he didn’t bother to swap spark plugs around to see if the misfire changed cylinders which I assume would confirm faulty plugs. I asked for my spark plugs to be put back in and asked why I wasn’t called before this job was done to see if I wanted to go ahead with it. The owner quickly became angry and rude during the conversation which I can see is not the first time after reading previous reviews. I was told to come and pick up my car with my old spark plugs reinstalled before being hung up on and told “you are going to pay me $220 for my time”. When I got to the shop and asked why he hung up on me I was told that “I don’t have time to talk to people on the phone”. The experience was a waste of my time and money."

"I got my car checked for Roadworthy from Steve and Nick motors. From the first interaction of booking an appointment to the final step of handing over the certificate, they were very professional and upfront. The best part that differentiates them from some other vehicle testers was that they didn’t make up stuff to add $$ to my bill. It was a 2012 car and so easily they could’ve used the age of the car and my urgency of getting the roadworthy done but they did not. 100/100 for honesty."
