"I have completed the home loan with banker Andrew Woolley at Mernda branch in Dec 2019 and re-finance with him again for the construction loan in/around Jan 2021. Andrew really cares to his clients. He is very responsible and keep me updated no matter the outcome is. He had showed me that he is taking care of my loan and yes he is on top of the file. Metricon builder has dragged the construction since 2021 and recently handed over the property to us by end of Feb 2023. Andrew has been always responsive to me over the construction time over 2 years. A very old Australian customer service, warming and honesty."
