"Seems like a nice guy and good mechanic who knows his stuff; however, I went in for a service and he changed my wipers without confirmation from me first (didn’t even try to call to ask if I wanted that). I had my own replacement blades, but he’d claimed mine were “cheap rubber” and threw them in the bin, and charged me $100 for his ones. So now my replacement wipers are useless without the arm attachment, and my service has cost an extra $100 for something that wasn’t necessary. I think he’s a good mechanic, but minus 2 stars for an unwanted (and pricey) change."
