"Absolutely awful service! Do Not recommend. Asked for a quote almost a week ago and they never gave it to me! Also 3 Years ago I asked this business for a car part and they said they are going to go check now and they said they'll give me a call shortly... its been 3 YEARS and I'm still waiting for that call. Waited almost 15 minutes for service and no one would come to serve me (even though the lady was sitting, doing nothing, on the other side of the glass/service desk). Do not recommend coming here for business"
"From the moment I pulled in I was greeted with a smile, I crashed the front side of my ford territory into a rail and the gents and lady from Gregs Panels went above and beyond to ensure I got my car back in less then a couple of days and it looks brand new, they even went further then what I paid for and fixed my bumper that I was going to leave at no extra cost. They turned what was a horrible situation into a great experience. I will continue to use gregs panels when the case arises and highly recommend you giving them a go, Greg and Nikki were truly incredible to deal with, a genuine lovely couple run business."

"With the promise of my car looking like new and all signs of accident repaired, wouldn't take long to work out it has been in a smash. Air-con not working, headlights not working properly and not sealed and people continually asking what happened to the paint work after someone in there didn't know how to use a buffer. Have been given a number of excuses in all and am still waiting to be contacted after going back regarding my light filling with water when it rains! Really stressful experience. thumbs down."
