"If you want your time wasted I highly recommend Ford in Melton, I've been taking my Ford transit custom between the Melton and deer Park branch for over two years, in that time they have cost me more money then I would of ever thought, this for me is the last time, I just booked it in for a service which they done they informed me I required a new dif seal, I booked it in for another 2 weeks as I drove the van out of there drive way my engine light came on, took it back in for the diff seal told them about all the current issues I have I dropped the van off at 8am I didn't have anyone contact me I had to call them and then they said it won't be ready until tomorrow as the diff seal didn't come in (as they never ordered it when I had booked it in) Long story cut short as normal they didn't fix anything other then the diff seal which is a 30min job and it took them two days. This van is a junk like this dealership once again you'd think after give. Or take 8months of it being in and out of the dealer they could fix it but nope not a chance"
