"Very rude older lady, tall with white hair, in the Revlon section. I asked directions for a vaccination and was rudely told "you will just have to ask the pharmacist". I lined up despite having an appointment. Older short woman behind the counter was flustered from having too many customers. I was told "we are too busy now you will just have to wait over there". The young lady who eventually administered the vaccination was lovely. My advice, go somewhere else where there are less old impatient women who have forgotten what service is about. It was my last visit."
"A great store with a good range of products, I particularly liked their discounted hair products. - great quality brands on sale. Their vitamins department isn't as big as I expected, the product I was after wasn't sold in their store. However, the sales assistant was fantastic , she gave me directions to another store, who stocked this product - I thought this was a nice touch - I will definitely return to this store again, their customer service was fantastic, very warm, friendly and professional.!"
