"Called if can they install dual battery system and battery I already sourced, receptionist said better to come in and talk to one of they boys. Came in and they just said to book for the following week. I call back to make booking and they said to come around to check parts I sourced. Mate all this running just irked me. Should've got it right from the beginning. BSK down the road booked me and did me good without any fobbing off. Mate come on do better."
"Just contacted TR Auto Electrics and they wanted my car for all day to do a trailer rewire. This is a rewire not a new run. Now understanding that on short notice they would be looking to fit me in and yes it could take a full day doing the vehicle a bit at a time. But I was giving them over two weeks notice and they still wanted the vehicle for a full day. Not real sure how they expect a one car family to loose a car for the full day and expect the owner to still go to work. I'm a shift worker so offered the car for 4 hours to complete the job in the morning, on that sort of notice one would have expected some sort of guarantee that 4 hours was sufficient to complete the job"
