"I live in the South City Square complex so this is my local pharmacy. The whole team are absolutely fantastic! They manage and look after all my prescriptions, nothing is ever a hassle for them and they are always so bright, cheerful and friendly. If you are looking for a pharmacy that actually cares about you and goes above and beyond then this is the place to go. Keep up the great work ladies!"

"Make sure they scan / charge the correct amount. And make sure when you later return the product and get a refund the $ amount they put back on your card is the same as what you previously paid. I was overcharged for something one day (product advertised as on special $22 cheaper, but they charged me full price. I questioned that but the cashier did not bother checking with manager.) Few weeks later I went back to return the goods and get refund (because they had overcharged me), not a big fuzz. They then refunded a lower $ figure (which was the reduced price that they should have charged me in the very first instance. This is probably an oversight of the cashier (different one from first time). But still, they should be more careful with what they charge and what they refund, shouldn't they?! Now I have to schedule to go back once again to hopefully sort it out. Not happy."

"I had my regular pharmacist contact this pharmacy trying to source a medication for me that was out of stock. He was put on hold for 10 minutes as the pharmacist was apparently on lunch. Most sole pharmacist pharmacies pay their pharmacist during their lunch break. Obviously whatever they were eating was far more important than answering the phone. Not a good look for a new pharmacy trying to attract business."
