"Waited over 20 minutes for a normal acne medication. Went to ask for my script back as I couldn’t wait any longer and they immediately prepared it. They intentionally did this to many customers to make you walk around and shop. Very massive waste of time. Do not go unless you have 30 minutes to spend looking at cheap cosmetics made out of chalk."
"Pharmacist works at an absolutely glacial speed, takes 45 minutes to dispense to 3 customers, and doesn't tell you that they can't dispense something until you've waited that entire time. Occasionally I've received good service here, but it really depends on who's on duty."

"If I could give no stars I would. Medication always takes forever, slowest CW I’ve ever been to! My scripts sat behind the counter for 45 mins while they served people who arrived after me and when I asked how much longer mine would be I watched them scurry to organise it, another 10 minutes later and I was fed some lie about their being no staff on even though the people who put their scripts in after me were being serviced just fine. Long waiting times whenever I use this store even if there is no one around, staff are super slow here and have been given the wrong medication before which is absolutely inexcusable. Don’t waste your time."
