"After being a loyal member for nearly 30 years (joined back when it was a Credit Union for its members), I've finally closed all my accounts (and those of my family members) with this institution due to their increasingly bad service from inept staff. Had problems even up to the last moment. They closed my accounts but revoked my online account access two weeks prior to the actual closure date so I couldn't view my transaction history or download my final account statements. I then had to actually request this info specifically from them. Then when they did send my final account statements, it included sensitive personal information that was unprotected and sent via unsecured email - these guys are clearly an absolute joke for what is meant to be a "bank". Sadly, it seems my decision to leave them has been soundly vindicated."
