"If I could give a 0 stars I would. The Pharmacist Ashley is extremely rude, condescending and dishonest. We went into this pharmacy and bought Vicks vapor rub to be told at the front counter, the price was dearer than the shelf. Made a complaint to the pharmacist, who said too bad, the price it scans at is correct, then took the incorrect ticketing down. Absolutely no integrity. This is the 2nd time this has happened. If it happens again, a photo will be taken and sent to the Pharmacy Guild for the dishonesty displayed in this store."

"Ordered a special-order script 4 days prior to pick up. Spent 20 minutes arguing with the customer that they must have ordered it to the wrong store. Eventually found the scripts and surprise never ordered the product in. Continued to blame the customer that it was their fault."

"Very disappointed with the service from the pharmacists. I’ve been dealing with them for a few months now. Unfortunately the hospital I go to, can only fax the scripts to the nearby chemists, send the originals by mail at a later day and due to my health I am not able to physically go and collect the scripts. The pharmacist said that I should go to my GP and request a escript for the same so that I could get the same medication from anywhere I want. Their own employees don’t mind long losing a customer as they have created a monopoly in the market. Being wheelchair bound and going through terminal disease, the last thing I want is, to go through this process of organizing the original script to be mailed from the hospital to the chemist."

"I’ve had issues on two seperate occasions where they have refused to fill important scripts. They blamed my doctor and psychiatrist for not writing it correctly when I’ve confirmed multiple times that it is correct and provided a personal copy of the psychiatrist report as requested by the Pharmacist in charge. The first time I was refused, I was told I was getting them too soon when I wasn’t. The pharmacist in charge told me to have my report on hand next time. I showed it the next time and asked for a note to be made on file. While they gave me my scripts that time, they must not have made a note on file. The second time I had an issue, the pharmacist also said that it was too soon, I showed the pharmacist in charge the report and stated that my medication dose is higher. They still refused to provide it to me. Ultimately this means I’ll be without medication for a minimum of 15 days, this in turn causes major side effects as you aren’t supposed to stop taking them without appropriate tapering and permission from your doctor (which I have not been recommended to do). The PIC would rather harm their customers than listen to their customer or those who have higher qualifications and have provided said scripts and reports (doctors/psychiatrists/psychologists). Instead put the blame on others and try to have the scripts recalled/cancelled. I’ve only had good service from the counter staff and manager who listened to the issues that occurred and empathised that it shouldn’t be happening and assured it would be addressed with the owner but I’ve lost trust that the PIC and others in the dispensary will change their behaviour."
