Store owner should consider engaging right people who are there to serve people gladly ."

"Great service, friendly and very helpful staff. They have been wonderful in helping manage my many medications & prescriptions. They can get very busy so I just pop in to order prescriptions first, then do other stuff, coming back to collect afterwards, so very easy! They also deliver my medication for a nominal fee which has been incredibly helpful for when I can't get out. Very happy & appreciative customer here!"

"Malouf is my go-to chemist for Forest Lake. The staff are great and they are all very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a large range of products and medications including alternative brands. They can be quite busy, so I put my scripts in, go grocery shopping or grab a good coffee at Stella Rosa, then when I get back everything is done. I don't go anywhere else anymore because this team knows me, my allergies, and my medication needs."

"Staff were not helpful. Circled back 3-4 times to search for what I needed. Staff were not helping; they were just staring and standing. Could not even ask "May I help you look for anything?". The store was not even packed during this time. Asked for alcohol and was given a hand sanitizer. Paying on the counter was a nightmare. Staff answers, stares and smirks rudely and in a condescending manner. When you ask for something nicely, it feels like they did not want to do their job. Please send your staff to customer service training or hire someone who is happy to do this job. This pharmacy is convenient to go to; however, because of the bad customer service, I'll be shopping somewhere else."
