"Usually Footes is pretty good but today has left me quite annoyed and I will never return to footes again. My son has nappy rash and requires a specific cream for it. I bought it from footes previously (not today) however his daycare requires a label which I forgot to get when I made my purchase. I went down to footes this morning to get a label from the product I bought from there a few weeks ago. I was met with attitude and told no I explained that I bought the cream from here and his daycare requires it. I was then told it’s fine they’ll do it but again spoke to me with attitude and was just plain rude. She said to me that “our boss doesn’t like us doing this because he gets nothing for the label” like seriously? I’ll pay $1-$3 for the label that’s no issue. But it was evident that I was quite distressed and needed a label because my son required it. I offered to pay for the label and was met with more attitude. I understand you have a business to run, but I offered to pay for the label and it was just an all round terrible experience. I am a single mum I could not afford a $15 cream on the spot to get the label I forgot to get it when I bought it a few weeks which people do ALL THE TIME. A little empathy goes a long way. I will not be returning to footes. I would rather drive 20 minutes to chemist warehouse. At least there im not treated like an inconvenience."

"This is my local pharmacy and I come here for everything. Today I came in with a prescription for my husband, who had just gone through 3 teeth extractions, so was in a lot of pain. I came in with my hyper 1yo as well. The prescription from the dentist had been filled out wrong, and so I had to call back and ask them to fax/email a new prescription in. I asked the staff if they had received it and they hadn't, and I started ro get a bit stressed. They have 2 email addresses, and it had been sent to the wrong one. The wonderful staff asked if there was any allergies and I said yes, my husband is allergic to penicillin. The staff member informed me the dentist had given us a penicillin based antibiotic. I had to get on the phone to the dentist again, and the staff member informed me I would have to get a new prescription all over again. That was the straw that broke my back and I started to cry. The staff member took me phone and dealt with the dentist directly and helped me through a really rough patch of the day. Thank You for helping an over tired, stressed mum. I don't have a handle on my emotions like I used to and I cry at the drop of a hat these days. This isn't the first time I've had such wonderful experiences with the staff. They all look out for us and I can't commend them high enough."

"Worst pharmacy i have been to. Was there for more than 30 minutes waiting for 1 item on my prescription and when i asked the staff whether my prescription is ready when other customers before me getting there products. Apprently it was ready and they didnt even call my name. Staff just talking to each other and just ignoring their job. Never going in again.! So disappointed."
