"Lousy customer service, I used to bring my car here since two years ago, always the service was really good and the persons very kind with all the willingness to explain everything in relation with the car. I don't know if now there is a new administration but the guy who is at the reception, his name is Ben was sooo rude, he talks, literally, as if he were going to hit you, I was trying to explain him something about my car that had also been a mistake on his part and he simply doesn't listen and just raises his voice, very aggressive, there was another person in the reception and she was in shock in the way how Ben yelled at me and how he treat your customers, off course, she said I'm not gonna bring my car never here and after being a customer for two years I think the same, it is a pity because my car Coburg had always been really good."
"This service centre has really rude people working. I had called yesterday to postpone my booking because of an urgent matter and he told me to come the next day same time. But, they cancelled the appointment in the evening and when I called them they said I never spoke to anyone of them. The person communicating with me both days were the same and he was really rude. Even though I was informed to come for service the next day, they didn’t register my booking. I don’t know why anyone would do that! If you cannot book my registration, just simply INFORM me that you cannot, why would you lie on call? Would never recommend this place. Worst."
