"Had such a disappointing service today - unfortunately Rick was not in and I had to deal with another mechanic I think his name was Sam - he was so incredibly rude, hostile, disrespectful & brief - he told me after the service ‘my car is not safe’ so I walked out confused… then I called to ask if I can drive my car still & I got a blunt/sarcastic & rude answer back which is not on… you are meant to be a service and representing a company - have some respect!!! I definitely will not be back. Ultra tune are not a company I would ever use again purely because this man child is representing them!
