"I wish I could give them no star. Mandie and that old lady are so incompetent. Imagine doing 15 yrs banking with them, that's how they treat. Kept saying, call customer service which say you have to go to branch by the way. First why keep someone waiting if you can't help. Secondly what's the point having a branch when phone banking has to do everything. Those phone banking people keep you on hold for more than an hour. What's the point of branch if they can't provide basic service. Seriously ANZ you want out hard earned money but don't want to provide any services."

"Diana (branch manager) and Mendy at the branch are really amazing . I had a couple of requests and were helped out with these on the spot. It is truly refreshing to have such great care and concern in today's times when everyone is in a rush. Thanks Diana and Mendy :)"

"Honestly the worst branch I have ever been to. Made a cash deposit and machine malfunctioned. The money was not refunded. Or deposited. I immediately called ANZ to notify of the issue. Was told they don't have anything to do with the ATMs and to contact the branch the next day. After trying to call them 12times without any answer throughout the day and leaving messages. I had to go in. The staff member at the front door could not have been any more rude and condescending. And telling me I was lying. He told me they have nothing to do with the ATMs either... After arguing He reluctantly filled out a dispute form. I regularly contacted them to get an update on the situation. And nearly 4 weeks later they deposit a fraction of the money that was lost. I complained about it and person at the front could not have cared any less. Honestly don't know how he was in a customer service position. I frequently make cash deposits. Had the same issue a once at the Tarneit ANZ branch, and they contacted me the very next morning and deposited all the money straight away, can't believe the stark difference between the two experiences. Obviously I'm now I am now in the painful process of changing banks and my home loan with them."

"I have been banking with ANZ Bacchus Marsh for personal and business for over 20 years with not a single complaint , since the branch in Bacchus Marsh closed I was left with no other option but to go to Melton Woodgrove. The customer service is appalling, the queue lines are extremely long, there was only 1 ATM working, the manager is no help at all. As of today I will be closing all my accounts and if I could leave a minus star I would, they don't deserve a star at all."

"Stood in the long queue at opening time. They opened 5 minutes late, waited a further 20 minutes in line, no seats, staff member asked impolitely what I wanted, told him I needed to close some accounts as we were transferring to a business account, he mumbled wait here. Waited another 15 minutes in line when the same staff member came again and asked what we wanted, this time he said we needed to make an appointment. I guess times are changing when you need to make an appointment just to close an account. Well the business account wont be opened with ANZ if appointments are needed."
