"I cannot thank and recommend the team at Carlission enough. I had a bit of an accident last week with my little boy in the car. It was almost closing time for Carlisson, but they dropped everything to see if we were alright and help us so that we could get home safely. "Used them a couple of times before and it's been okay. This time it's been a mess. March 27 - Take car in. Get told I'd get a call in a day or two. No call. April 3rd - Call up to see what's going on. Get told I'll get a call tomorrow. No call. April 19 - Call up to see what's going on. Get told I'll get a call tomorrow. Say that's what you said last time. Get told I'll *definitely* get a call tomorrow. No call. It's 4 weeks now and I've still got no idea when the parts are coming in or when this car is getting fixed. UPDATE: The owner of Carlission saw my review and sprung in to action. He appologised and took responsibility for the calls not being returned. It was exactly what you'd expect - the person that was supposed to call me back had no new information from upstream so didn't call. Nonetheless, if you say you're going to do something, you do it. Now I know what the situatuon is. It was nice to find that they tried a bunch of other suppliers when the manufacturer had no stock. Even though it's going to take 12-ish weeks for the parts because of supply issues (and I double-checked with the manufacturer), at least I know that Carllision is doing their best."
