"So disappointed with the service we received from Jeremy. We decided to see a travel agent to ensure that our honeymoon would be perfect. Jeremy assured my husband that he would make sure we had the most wonderful honeymoon. On arrival, there was absolutely no mention of a honeymoon at all. Jeremy offered to have champagne etc in the room as well as decorations. My husband also booked activities such as a massage and snorkeling- none of this was done. We asked the cruise ship management and they said this was never a feature available on the ship. After the honeymoon, I rang Jeremy to ask why he would have suggested and promised all these things if they did not exist- he assured me that he would be finding out what was wrong. I have given him over a month to offer some kind of explanation or apology and I have not heard a word. I would not recommend this place to anyone because clearly the care factor is zero. A simple emailed apology would have helped."
