Everytime I've had to deal with him, i find it astonishing that he's able to deal with a busy schedule yet find the time and effort to care at a personal level. He's very experienced and always provides good advice. By far, best person to deal with when requiring tyre attention."

However between having to wait 3 weeks because they didn't answer the phone or my emails after dropping my tyre off for a puncture repair to be told they need a replacement tyre, finally getting through, rocking up and waiting an hour for them to fix it, having to reset the tyre pressure and pump the rest of them myself, and losing my lock nut key I'm not keen to return."
"Took my car in for a wheel alignment, I got the car back and the steeringwheel off-centre and the car pulling to the left when driving. When I told the person who worked on my car they said its allot better then it was but intact its almost worse then it was before I brought it in. Waste of time and money"
"Avoid this place at all costs. They are dishonest and disorganised and swears at customers. They used to be good but has gone down the gurgler. Make an appointment to have tyres delivered and fitted 3 business days in advance. Rocked up on time and wait for an hour to be told tyres didnt arrive. Not good enough - then to have a person swearing and behaving like a pork chop after being told they just lost a loyal customer. If you are the business owner then you need to seriously look at your staff and their ways of managing your business."
"Amazing service. I called ahead to see if they would have time to repair a nail / slow leak. When I came to pick it up, they offered to put it back on the car. The big thing for me was the way they put the spare tyre back in the car was exactly how I wanted it, as if it was their own car. Not just sticking it in. Thanks fellas."
