"Unfortunately almost nothing went right with my transaction with Jetta. All website info is wrong including prices and contact numbers for every single state office. I was never given full information about various aspects of the process. Seemingly endless technology issues including my email account allegedly bouncing constantly, unable to open a simple screen shot jpg for proof of payment after multiple attempts and versions, allegedly took over 5 days for an instant bank transfer to show up in their accounts which caused my shipping to be delayed by nearly a week. Just poor communication and customer service all round."

"Ok. Firstly Jetta does not tell you the fees you will pay at the other end. I sent 2 suitcases to Thailand. I was told no tax on second hand goods and probably would have to pay $25 TO $50 AT the other end to claim your luggage.. ..WRONG...30% TAX on second hand goods 100% TAX on new items. If you walk through customs wearing a new watch they will tax you. That goes for all jewelry boys and girls. Now I paid $358 to send my 2 suitcases to Bangkok. The first attempt to pick them up was going to cost me 19,600 baht that's nearly $1000 AUD. We refused to pay so customs told us our belongings would be destroyed. After a week we were advised by Jetta to use a customs broker after 6 days we got our bags cost was 16,202 baht. So in the end over a $1000..Not worth it"

"Avoid Jetta - Horrible Experience all round. Their Brisbane "Manager" Charlie lacks integrity, does not exercise basic courtesy, is deceptive and pretty much the worst experience you could imagine. To boot, imaginary "fees" are cooked up to make the customer change pickup dates to suit his convenience. When the ruse dose not work, he goes ahead to insult the customer. Unbelievable. They also do NOT do apartment door pick-ups despite what their sales office might promise you - be aware that you DO NOT get what you pay for. Avoid unless you enjoy multiple rude, unpleasant and downright unhelpful conversations with Charlie."

"I don’t know what kind of questions you asked ( probably a stupid one) but I never had any issues. They are very professional. I send my bags with them many times without any issues. Always arrived on time, and I will recommend it to anyone."
