"Amazing customer service!! Called up looking for a new tire knowing I need to wreck my car soon but need to keep it safe, they found the tyre I need, with a rim so they could also put it on for me! My car bonnet hasn’t opened for 4 months due to a couple crashes. I asked if I could chuck them some extra cash to try and open it, and top up the fluids. They did the impossible and opened it!
