"Awesome experience here with Aaron today. I needed an oil top up but couldn’t remember which oil my car needed, so I popped in just to ask if they could confirm with me what I needed to buy so I could top it up myself. He could’ve just given me the details of the right oil but Aaron very generously stayed back after the shop had closed, topped up the oil for me and tightened up my oil filter, free of charge.Thank you again Aaron! Will be booking in here for my next service."
"Updating my review. Before I was asked to pay the manager told me, not asked me, to give MyCar Blackburn 5 stars. I did knowing I could change it later. The service used to be 5 star but this service with the new manager was a complete waste of time and money. I seriously doubt they did any of the service they said they did. I can’t afford to go back and have any further damage done. I will not be using MyCar ever again after 8 years of consistent patronage."
