"My family and I have taken our cars here since 2021. Mainly for servicing, and the occasional repair and RWC. We first heard about Razz Automotive via word of mouth from other car enthusiasts. Daniel the owner is also a car enthusiast himself, and its always a pleasure having a chat with him. If there is extra work required, they usually call first to discuss before going ahead. As an owner of vehicles over 10 years old, I know one can sometimes feel apprehensive as to what extra issues mechanics may find and how much to budget whenever getting a car serviced. However we've had a few instances where there was no extra work required and they assured us that everything is fine. I wouldn't be surprised if there are other cheaper mechanics, however Daniel and the team go above and beyond to keep the car in good condition. They also tend to use quality products such as Mobil and Liqui Moly. Being located walking distance from Glen Waverley station and open on Saturdays is also very convenient."

Even gave us a hire car which we weren't expecting but it saved us a lot of taxi money. They are up front with costs and stick to their word. Very reliable and do exactly what they say they will do. "Great place to get your car serviced or get a RWC done. The staff is very friendly. They love a chat and have good advice for your vehicle. The turnaround time is pretty decent and the communication lines were always clear. They offer a wide variety of services particularly in child seats and other such services. Other than the vehicle maintenance services, there are services offered for tyres and their maintenance. Has plenty of parking avaible as well."
