"Repair service is good, but time-management should be improved. I want to share with one big issue but I’ll write here everything I experienced with this. My appointment was at 9pm and the guy opened the shop at 9:30pm. He told to pick my car up at 2:30pm and called me to change the time 3:30ish and eventually decided 4pm. I went there and he was still doing something. After 10 minutes, he gave my car key which covered with black oil grease. He told to send the tax invoice next day because it would take for 10 mins to type so we went home. This was still okay for me. You fixed and checked my car which I was really happy. I really want to check how much he charged each sections (because he offered me to fix extra things that I didn’t ask). I had been waiting for all day to receive Tax invoice. I didn’t received it So I called to the shop next morning l and he was apologetic and said “I’ll do it now.” So I waited but nothing happened. I called again but didn’t pick up. I left a massage to call me back if the email address was wrong. I also left a message during lunch time to check if they send it to me or not. On the day, no one called me. I called next morning and I got angry at him when he said “I’ll do it right now. “ to me again. This was the third time he said he will do it and he didn’t. If you are busy and can’t do it, don’t say that to customers. I’m more understandable if you explain that you are busy and can’t do it now. The point is please take responsibility what you have said. Finally, I got the tax invoice after one week when we went there to ask for it. So disappointed."

"First time i've left a review but had to as couldn't recommend highly enough. Pushed my car in as was completely not working. At short notice Rosman looked over the car, and quoted me a repair price. Asked my mate who's big on cars about the price who advised me it was a brilliant deal. Clear communication about what the issue was + what would be done to the car etc to repair so I knew what was going on. Have got the car back now and driving fantastically. A great success! Thanks!"

"I had a few problems with my car that needed fixing and they essentially fixed them all, but they did do a messy job of it. They replaced the spark plugs but didn’t screw the engine cover back on, now I have no engine cover. Fixed the door locks but in the process stopped one of my windows from working properly, so I took it back and they fixed it although now that door squeaks when I’m turning a corner. Mended the door lock barrel but scratched up the paint next to the barrel and broke the guard clips, again I took it back and asked if they could fix it and so they attempted to but only made more of a mess (see photo). After all of these dramas I won’t be going back there again."
