"If I could give zero I would. Had a warranty issue like all the other negative reviews and they refused to cover although they had no evidence to reject the claim. They are the worst to deal with and obviously don't warranty anything they sell. BUYER BEWARE"
"WARRANTY: Bought spark plug leads and when tested one lead had 10 times the resistance than the other four leads. Returned to EAI and they advised they would have to be returned to the distributor for testing. They promised to send to distributor and get back within a week. I called back four weeks later, and they said they had not check the product yet. Later they called back and said they had tested them and claimed there was nothing wrong with the leads and refused to process refund. Advised the reason they could not test them when I returned them was the person who tests them, was in house and he was on holidays. This statement was different to the previous statement that they had to be returned to the distributor's for testing. This phone call was six weeks after first purchased and pointed out that when I need parts for my car, I cannot wait six weeks. I have been a customer of EAI for over 30 years and always been happy with their service. I suggest they could have tested the leads, in front of me, when I returned them, and then there would have been no argument. By the other one star reviews for EAI, that are also about EAI not honouring warranties, it would appear they never had any intention of giving me a refund for the faulty product. As with the other one star reviews, I concur that the story EAI tell me changes each time I speak to them."
