"This business deserves 0 stars. I had a tyre puncture today and have a very expensive set of rims which I look after with great care. They took the tyre to have the puncture repaired and came back with the rim badly scratched. A whole chunk of chrome coating is gone in several places. Then they had the decency to tell me that it was like that already. I know for sure that the rim didn’t have any scratches before it came on and the marks match the tool they used to get the tyre off."
