"I received nothing short of fast and quality service at BM Parts & Services. My car’s engine and traction control warning indicators came on one afternoon, making the car shake whenever the engine was on - pretty frightening when you’re behind the wheel. Brought my car to BM Parts & Services and within 10 minutes, Nick was able to identify the problem and get it fixed in less than 24 hours. "Be careful. He doesn't diagnose faults properly. He guess and replace set of parts without asking customer's consent and charge very higher rates for everything including labour. From that way he get a chance to sell his cheap quality parts. Most of those are used parts which he had removed from vehicles. My car had a vibration problem. As I explained to him clearly no pickup, can't accelerate in short distance were problems. But he replaced lots of bits and peaces in the engine and charged me a big dollar. But it wasn't fix the problem. The problem is still there but he charged me $387.50. After seeing my feedback, now he is asking me to bring the car back and he will take parts back which he put into my car and give me the full refund. His parts are not brand new. He brought all those from inside of his shed without packaging. But he charged me for brand new parts. And he did not return parts removed from my car. Probably he will reuse those for another car and charged a big dollar from another customer. As I said before, after the repair he did not do a test drive. Without driving it how can he say he fixed it. After I put it on to the road I realised nothing has changed. When I called him back he asked me to bring it back. When I brought it back to him, again he asked me to bring it in the evening. That time he was washing his own car outside. Then I realised he cannot fix my car even though he charged me $387.50. I already got someone in Reservoir to fixed it. He charged me only $150.00. He said the actual problem was in the crank shaft not in the gasket or anywhere else this man talking about. I put this comment with having genuine reasons. I will publish this everywhere else as a help to community. Be careful when you go to him."

"Very good service. Came in wanting genuine parts for my 1990 bmw and surely enough Nick had them in very good condition. He also gave my car an annual service in which I had been needing for a while. Very pleased upon departure knowing that my car is running well and its parts are in mint condition.
