"Counter staff at service department need a course in customer service and or re-education. Antagonising people standing around with money in hand by deliberately and unnecessarily making them wait while attending to their paperwork. 3 staff and we were only customers at the counter, cant wait to get rid of car so I won't have to go back. This seems to be a pattern. In response to comments made by owners, you have all my contact details and are able to contact me if so wish. I have no desire to continue with false pleasantries or disingenuous communication. Clearly service staff feel their time is more valuable than ours, hence the unbelievable behaviour."

"My wife's car service included fitting a new fuel filter. The fuel line was not correctly reconnected resulting in it disconnecting and causing a break down. The connection with a tighten clip should be elementary. The after service care was ordinary at best"
