Bloody rude customer service from John Honan the owner, who has understaffed and clueless business operations, it´s laughable how this Muppet is managing to stay afloat with Extra Mile Motors and Hazel Motors Dandenong South. UPDATE I finally collected from the factory 2, Berends Drive unit, it looks like a complete shambles, piles of paperwork and parts all over the shop, they are so dis-organised and dangerously stacked and stored. I'm surprised that Worksafe hasn't fined this scammers, John´s cutting cost wherever he can at the expense of his workers. But don´t take my word for it, go visit this place yourself you will be truly astounded."
