"Won't be back even though I was a regular and spending a fair amount. Went to complain about a drink but was arrogantly dismissed by whoever the duty manager was. Smart move to alienate your regulars when there is competition in town. To be fair the food is ok for a pub, it's around where you'd expect it to be in terms of quality."

"We arrived outside the nominated service times but were still accommodated! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere relaxed and the service brilliant! We ordered calamari, chips and salad, roast of the day, angus beef burger, chips and salad and fish and chips. All reasonably priced, generously sized and so yummy!!! Thank you so much Alex and staff - you gave us a great dining experience and we will absolutely be back! Highly recommend you try a meal at this hotel, you will not be disappointed!"
