"I was sold a website by this company and told it would take 8-12 weeks to develop. It took over 2 years for our auto to develop my website and even once it was finished it was full of errors. They took my $5500 upfront and continually fed me excuses as to why the website was not completed. I was also told when I signed up I would receive a $200 visa gift card, when it never arrived In the mail I asked when I would receive it and was told Im not getting one. I now want to cancel my website hosting and they are refusing to do this and continuing to debit money from my bank account each month. I would never use our auto again, They are very quick to send an invoice and take your money but work does not get done without prompting them to do so and the work quality is extremely poor."

"This program is useless. So disappointed, was sold a competitive option to autodata however the information available is extremely limited. Have contacted the company on a number of occasions to discuss my concerns with the only solution offered was to call the help desk every time I need information. Quoting 3-4 jobs per day and performing 3-4 logbook services a day would require 6-10 phone calls for information which was advertised as readily available online. I will not be renewing my contract and warn others against signing up."
