"A number of months ago I purchased an Alternator from Autobarn Caroline Springs. It was a rather urgent matter as I'm a full time student and only have 1 car to use. On a Friday night, I had a close mate who is a qualified mechanic put it in for me to find it was faulty. A week later I was able to drop off the faulty JPS product after I was told that I wouldh have to purchase another one. After months of waiting on whether or not I would get a refund I'm still waiting on a call back After I went out of my way to contact JPS! I was told a refund would be able to be done over the phone. Yet, I'm still waiting!!! I've called at least 6 times in the last month to be told I'd get a call back or the phone was engaged!! 419 dollars is alot of money for some people. Clearly this business has no care for its customers at all!! If something isn't done ASAP I'll be contacting the ACCC!"
