"Unprofessional... slow... expensive. Worst moving experience I’ve had. Told me no call out fee then hit me with with an extra $220 on the day. Confirmed via sms they would arrive 8-9am but when I called for an eta at 9:30am they didn’t even have my job booked. Spent 5 hours moving things that took 3.5 hours with a different company previously. Took private phone calls and watched reels while on the clock. Would never recommend this company in the future."
"If I could give a negative score I would, they were unexperienced removalists, they didn't load everything quoted, they severely under estimated the whole job. They sent young inexperienced men who loosely packed things, and didn't make use if the whole truck, they scratched, made holes in expensive fabric chairs, bedding heads, scuff marks on expensive wooden furniture and leather chairs (new furniture items) would not answer calls. I'd think clearly before hiring a company that has x3 diff different addresses online in hindsight. Please safe yourself the headache and pay more for a reputable company."
"This company is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. I rang and spoke to Haitham after calling no less than 10 removalists for a small job (needed a dining table moved from my address to my parents who live 10 mins away and being declined. It’s January and the busiest month of the year for removalists I understand but my job was urgent as I had a new table being delivered at the end of the week so my old one had to go. Haitham advised he couldn’t fit me in until next week and I told him I understand but please if anything changes or you finish a job sooner than expected or have a last minute cancellation please call me. I think he understood my desperation and despair because within a few hours he messaged me back to let me know he’ll have some guys at my house later that afternoon. The guys that turned up arrived well on time, were professional and absolutely wonderful to deal with. Best part was the price they quoted was fair and reasonable unlike other companies who were quoting ridiculous amounts so high that I could have just gone and bought a second dining table. Thanks Haitham and the ND transport team. Top blokes and please call them for a quote for your needs, you won’t be disappointed."
