"So happy to see Gong Cha so far north (any chance for Hot Star?). Against a previous review, I’ve been to Gong Cha’s all over Australia and Sunny has made me plenty and she makes a darn good Tea! One issue doesn’t make for a pattern. Wanted to give another side to the opinion on this. The store seems to only have 2 staff max at a time, so I’m sure a little patience is appreciated. It’s a hard job."
"Went to the store with my mother. We wanted a drink and a waffle. There was only one worker there - pretty sure her name was Sunny. We were making our order in the screen, but waffles were not on the screen so we asked Sunny if we can order from there. She told us that the waffles ran out, HOWEVER while she was saying the SHE WAS MAKING WAFFLES FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Extremely disappointed. Get Sunny fired - not coming back when she is on her shift. Rude and Selfish."
