"Absolutely fantastic experience, made the whole process moving interstate less stressful, from quote to organizing, picking up and dropping off the whole team and contractors where fantastic and very prompt. We packed all our boxes and folded down furniture where possible but everything made it from Melbourne to Brisbane with storage for 8 weeks we have glass furniture dinning table tv unit etc and nothing smashed or cracked not even our drinking glasses everything was how we left it. I am so happy with these guys and so surprised all our stuff made it!! Would highly recommend and would use again."

"Excellent service by the team. I have used their services for my move from Sydney to Melbourne. They fixed a date the timing was not clear thought. The guys arrived a bit late for the pickup however they were pretty quick and professional in packing and loading the stuff in to their truck. I got the date and time for the delivery from the movement coordinator. They arrived on time and was quick again in unloading my stuff. There were no major damages. Slight scratch to the refrigerator and one plastic storage box was damaged, its negligible for me so i didn't even bother complaining. I would recommend King and Wilson for others."

"King and Wilson delivered our container for us and prior to delivery we had to fill out a form regarding access, we noted on the form that the driveway was fairly steep and there were 10 stairs between the driveway and the front door. The day of delivery, the removalists didn't even know they had a piano on board and had to call for some more guys to come from the depot to get it off the truck and advised they didn't have the equipment with them on the day (because they didn't know they had a piano on board) and someone will contact us to get the piano in the house within a day or so. The next week we hadn't heard anything so I emailed King and Wilson about it and they responded back asking how many stairs were there, and what was the width and if access wasn't good or too many stairs they wouldn't be able to do it themselves and we'd have to get a third party to help us. I called them to try and explain and the woman on the phone said she was looking at Google Maps and access looked difficult? See the picture of the steps attached, they carried larger items up the steps without issue than our upright piano and the removalists never complained about access. Why the one star? Fair enough, if they can't go above x number of steps that's fine, but burying their heads in the sand and ignoring it is cowardly. It's reasonable to expect a professional business to raise it at the time and work out a solution, not ignore it OR start making excuses on the run because it's easier to do that than help the customer. Would I recommend, nope, we were actively given a set of expectations which we were let down at the end and it would be difficult to trust anything they say."

"Used King and Wilson for interstate moving. They were very professional from the way they handle their call to treating all our furniture with care. The reason we used them was because another removals company didn't show up, cancelled on us and kept our deposit. King and Wilson were able to come the next day for a move from Sydney to Melbourne, packed and moved our stuff. Great service, very quick and professional. The price may appear higher than some of the removals but paying cup of hundred more for their superior service definitely worth it. We have moved internationally and domestically and would definitely use King and Wilson again. Thank you!"
