"Arrived on time and driver and dogman great to deal with. Only negative was that we ordered a 25T and and received a 40T, in any other circumstance this is not a problem but the larger, higher crane was unable to access under a particular roller door that the crane required to enter. We were only invoiced for the 25T but it meant we then had to use our own forklifts to place the heavy items undercover and out of the weather. Other than that great to deal with, very easy process for first time using Memebrey's."

"Extremely disappointing service. Had a job booked in, promised communication that never showed up only to have Membrey's cancel the booking on me 24 hours before booking. After varied excuses from office staff I was left to try to find another company within 24 hrs. Needless to say totally unreliable, do yourself a favor & call someone else. Only reason for 1 star is because I wasn't able to post with 0 stars!!!!!!!"
