"If you like the professional logic and mentality of the village of 1960, if you like not to be told the costs in DETAIL but "come on, we'll find them", if you like not to be informed about the costs of a truck, workers who will help with loading etc., which you will obviously find out after the agreed price, if you like to be told a different price, while the other tells you that with moving papers it will be cheaper, but no one knows for sure, if you like to they tell you that customs clearance is included in the price but 15 days later it is not included, if you like to have them come outside your door on Sundays without notifying you because "I was around", if you like to talk to someone who didn't remember having he comes back to your house and you talked for some time about the move ("has he been here again?"), if you like talking to someone who doesn't understand that €1600 + 24% VAT is almost €2000, if you like to have your name written incorrectly on official paper that intended for public services, if you like to be "hanged up" three weeks before the move despite their amateur treatment and behavior, if you like all that then this company is for you and your pastimes."

"Absolutely dismal experience with these guys moving overseas from Melbourne. These people are some of the rudest people to talk to on the phone I have ever encountered. I would prefer to talk to people from call centers in the Philippines. I am amazed none of my things were broken given how rough they were on the phone. Definitely not interested in using a removal company who run their business like these arrogant sods."
