"I had my new sofa delivered by Sam (Sam701) on Jan.21st. Sam was not only very punctual but also very friendly and helpful. He even went above and beyond to assist me to move my two chunky boxes up to my apartment (It was only required of him to unload the sofa at the building entrance). I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sam and Civic transport again for such a wonderful service!"

"Very disappointing service and non professional customer service. They advertised for the same day delivery , but they do not keep their promises and keep making excuses regarding driver issue and traffic conditions . They supposed to deliver a parcel by 6:00 pm yesterday , but when I called them , they said driver is 45 minutes away and can not make it today , I told them that’s ok but if you can deliver it tomorrow morning by 10:30 am and they said ok . 11:00 am today I called them again and reception said : “there is no note about it and we will deliver it after 2:00 pm but we do not know when exactly it’s going to be “ Such a great service they damaging our business reputation ."

"As an employee of a company that has an account with Civic and not having a delivery service of our own rely on them to deliver to our customers in a reasonable time frame. I am getting increasingly frustrated at the length of time these delivery's are taking. This has a direct impact on our credibility in our industry which intern impact our sales. I would understand if you were one of the cheaper courier company's but we pay a ever increasing rate for your service which are at the upper end of the scale. All I'm asking is that we get a fair service for a fair price."
