Reviews
"They do not pay properly to drivers and they do not care if you sitting on road with breakdown. Be careful....."
"Absolutely fine. No sure what the stress is about. Efficient express service from Sydney, great communication, easy pickup from depot (was told before hand to bring PPE), all items well packaged."
"Unfortunately I am having to share a very bad review. I used Hi Trans for the first time getting freight from Melbourne to Queensland. I do not usually use Hi Trans but I thought I would try and it was the worst decision ever. Not only did you take days and days for pick up, but our products arrived very badly damaged and it looks like someone has tried to cover up it up. Company/or Driver has covered up freight in black plastic to cover the damage (this was not how it was packed and we have photo proof) and then driver got our customer to sign and drove off in a hurry so when the customer unwrapped the plastic the damage was very visible.... This damage was clearly done by a forklift! Going straight through the box and into the product. To say I am extremely disappointed with your service is an understatement. You might want to review your delivery and forklift drivers, as from other reviews I have read this is not a first on damaged freight and delayed pick ups. Thank you for leaving us out of pocket thousands of dollars with the damage you have done to our product. I hope many people can see this review and think twice before using your courier service."
"Recently started at Hi-Trans Express almost four weeks ago. A great team in Melb and nationally, friendly and inclusive, assisting in every way my induction into a new role. Thank you."
"We had something delivered that needed to be collected from the warehouse. I called up just to find out specifics and lady on the phone was like no problem just come and collect after 9am. When I arrived today I went to the reception area at 9am and the door was locked. I knocked on the window as I thought they may have just not opened the door yet being just after 9am. I wanted to go to reception as we didn’t know where/what we needed to do. A man came and opened the door clearly frustrated at our knocking and proceeded to tell me that we needed Hi-vis and I needed closed toe shoes on. Not in a conversational way but a confrontational way. And his statement of I am the ‘State Manager’ and his car park at the front door with the sign that states so shows what type of leader he is. Hubby asked for a Hi- Vis and he was not so politely told NO. I asked why I wasn’t told this on the phone (I am just a normal person trying to save some $$ on freight and had no idea the size of the warehouse. I thought it may have been a tile store). Anyway we went around to the side to the counter in which I saw an office person come out - No High Vis, another worker - No High Vis. Feel free to review your CCTV! There was more rubbish on the floor in the warehouse than my local tip, we had to walk through a guy smoking through the walkway with a smoking sign that was 2 metres away from the non smoking sign. If we care so much about safety maybe the state manager should be on the floor instead of the office and do a decent tour of the facilities and train his people before trying to school me!"
