"two kids delivered the bathtub and left it at the front door without even knocking the door while I was inside... even better they laid he bathtub upside down where it was clearly indicated on the box not to with arrows to show the top... they dragged the box on the ground so I had to open the box before I carry it inside..."

"One extra star is for the delivery team leader of that day! But I don’t think two stars are gonna make them pay attention. It was a big big parcel from kmart, so I was expecting it to be a bit delayed. Btw the delivery team leader/ senior sounds quite” supportive” when the call was being transferred to her. Apologies that I made extra effort to them on Friday because my delivery was happen to be on Friday, and the driver SMSed me telling me he’s gonna come on the day so I assume it would be in next hours, so I called Uber back home. Turns out he hasn’t come yet. And not any pictures would be expected to be left on delivery for this company. I’m only begging for more care to customers who get trust at the first to them, without too much priority on others emotions, how it affects their work. Because if staff won’t communicate, and don’t know what’s priority on customer care( eg what’s triggering delivery delays, and inaccurate delivery time of the day, mutual self disclosure), customers wouldn’t even know. They are supposed to be communicating to customers timely, rather than unprofessionally judging customers why they are not doing ok all the time without even noting why customers are frustrated by them. This company wouldn’t even care until your parcel has been lost."

"This is by far THE WORST delivery company I have ever seen in all my life, not only the shipping cost is extremely expensive but also I have been waiting for my item for more than 3 weeks, even when the company promised to be delivered in 5 business days. I have sent many emails, called many times and they just do not care. No reply so far... Disgusting. Really a headache!"

"Terrible service. The driver’s attitude was extremely poor & non-cooperative. Needed some help with some bulky items transported to an upwards floor because I couldn’t due to some personal reasons and requested the driver to just help place the items infront of the door as they couldn’t be left unattended in the lobby of the apartment building. The careless & rude driver refused saying I am not allowed, instead said I can take the items back to the warehouse till you have someone to help. Disappointing & pathetic service. Allied Express improve your service and your driver attitudes."

"No delivery time frame, they just expect customers to wait at home the whole day for a package! The constant 8 emails a day saying how the package has been picked up… how is that helpful for me when you can’t even tell me a time frame of when the package will arrive at my place? Delivery driver refused to help me carry a 25kg package just even to the elevator! The package weighs more than half of me, and instead I had to drag the heavy package all on my own injuring my wrist in the process. Can’t even imagine packages that weigh more than that. Like how do they expect customers to carry these things on there own?! If your drivers are going to be so unhelpful to customers with heavy packages, why even make us pay such a high delivery fee??? Worst delivery company experience I’ve ever had to deal with!"
