"L.Arthur is the most dishonest company we have ever dealt with. One of our white marble mosaic and tile containers which worth about $100,000 Australian dollars has gone through L.Arthur for biosecurity inspection. They have trashed the crates and damaged the tiles when inspecting and loading them back into the container (photos attached), and yet they are claiming that the crates were loaded back the same way they were originally in the container. Also they are saying that the crates were "inadequate" and substandard. This crates are being used internationally and we stack them 5-6 high in our warehouse. They will be definitely paying for the damage."
