"Staff on entry on Thurs 6th April, 2pm, poor customer service. Equired about trollys, none made available, staff unphased made no attempt to search for a solution. Upon exiting still no trollys and refused to leave with basket as an alternative, and made no attempt to appolagise or show any care to help the customer."
"First class experience. Everyone was very helpful, particularly when I was unable to locate items. I was worn out and sore by the time I reach the checkout. An awesome young fella named Corey help me immensely, he was aided by a lovely lady who unfortunately I didn't get her name. They have put service back into being and the store should be very proud to have staff members of that calibre."
