"Dealing with Stephen at Moorabbin was a wonderful experience. It was him answering the phone every time which meant we could build a rapport and I wasn’t retelling my story to each new customer service representative. I had a last minute request to send a pallet interstate and he made all the arrangements for me and was consistent and timely with updates. When I changed an address he also worked to push it through with the third party courier. Unfortunately, the third party courier was not so ‘hands on’ with their customer service and a lot of chasing was required to get a delivery time from them. I eventually got one, 1 hour prior to delivery and was told if we weren’t there it would be taken back to the warehouse. That’s really the only part of the experience that was a let down, otherwise, wonderful service."
