It was also labelled as a caramel slice for $6.00 but sold to me for $8.00 which is just ridiculous considering I can buy two similar sized slices of double the quality from Woolworths for $5.50! It was a big let down."

I’ve been a usual customer since moving to the south-east Melbourne and have always enjoyed your coffee and most of all the company of your staff. Just yesterday I’ve never been so upset at the poor services I’ve received. Yesterday i ordered a large coffee and 4 cookies and it took over 20 minutes just to receive my food and it was cold. Usually I wait around for at least 5 minutes, sometimes over but im always okay with that. Just this time it made me very very upset as when over 10 minutes went by and I had come to check on my order but the staff were busy chatting and laughing amongst themselves then when I asked about my order I was mortified at the attitude given by one of your young ladies. Definitely not coming back at all!!!"
